It has added sugar and palm oil, so I do not recommend it. It is better to have the plain one, which is 100% natural product.
The best tahini on the market. Especially when combined with honey, it's worth every penny.
The only objection I have is with the packaging, this jar is not convenient. During transportation, it usually leaks oil from the lid and when it's time to take it out of the jar for use, it's very difficult to remove. I would prefer if they put it in a bucket with a lid like those of paint or yogurt. The price, however, is good, but with shipping costs, it ends up being almost the same as buying individual 900-gram jars... Of course, you can't find those anymore in supermarkets, they only bring the small jars of 350 grams, so the 3-kilo jar is the only option now.
The product is perfect, but what's happening with the prices??? 2/03/2023 12:18 PM 20.36 euros, and today 5/3/2023 when I wanted to buy another one for my parents 25 euros. And it's not the only product, unfortunately.
Very good product! Unbelievable! Because I am a big fan of Chios mastic, I was very demanding from the beginning. Very balanced taste and intense flavor and aroma of mastic! Also, its texture is very smooth like tahini. Exemplary. I have also tried the orange flavor and it is equally very good. I will try the whole range of tahini and I will come back. Every product I have tried from Afoi Haitoglou is a guarantee, well done and bravo again!
It's addictive, incredibly delicious tahini... for both kids and adults... if you love Macedonian halva cocoa, you just found the equivalent tahini! It's heaven!
