If you simply have a normal difficulty falling asleep and maintaining your sleep, it does the job. But don't expect miracles. If there is a serious sleep disorder issue, all these supplements are not enough and something more drastic (medication) is needed. This specific Sueno, along with the Medichrom Bio Hypnol soft capsules, are my 2 favorites which I alternate every 1-2 boxes so that the body doesn't get used to it.
UPDATE 27-11-2019: Finally, exactly because it doesn't do the job as it should for me, I took away 3 out of 4 stars! I don't think it works for me. I wouldn't buy it again.
It seems promising to help in the battle against stress and insomnia! I believe it does something after all, that's why 4 stars; but again, if you're really stressed, you might need at least another half or even a whole second pill. I'm still considering it and I'll come back if I find something better or vice versa...
I have been using it for about two weeks now, in combination with a melatonin supplement. It has indeed helped me sleep better, meaning I wake up less during the night, my sleep is not constantly interrupted.
I am very satisfied with the product. It worked when I had stopped the excesses; I had a crazy issue with sleep and I would take two of the pills and it would work perfectly. Now that I have regulated my sleep, I take one occasionally, not daily. I mean, if I have had too many coffees or if I had a very intense day, it puts me in a sleep process. Now, if someone doesn't respond to sueno, unfortunately, they should consult a psychiatrist... xanax and such are not for long-term use, and you develop tolerance to them, which has worse consequences. It didn't help me at all to sleep, it didn't make me sleepy, and I wake up several times during the night. I can't understand how this is possible.

I have been completely satisfied with this pill. I have tried several and they didn't work. Within 1 hour at most, I would fall asleep and not wake up at all during the night. It helped me a lot and after a while, I stopped taking them and now I sleep easily.

It was recommended to me by a pharmacist because I was going on a trip and my usual medication was not available. It might be the fastest one out of all the ones I have tried. It made me sleepy within 1 hour. However, valerian did nothing. I would wake up frequently during the night and have difficulty falling back asleep. Also, this specific pill has a strange taste, like a dirty sock... I finished the box and I probably won't buy it again. I will continue with what I used to take before.

Personally, I am satisfied so far. I have purchased the package about 20 days ago and have taken half of it. I had insomnia issues for a long time, sleeping at 5-6 in the morning, tossing and turning all night, and finding it very difficult to fall asleep early. From the first few days of taking it, around 1:30 am at night, 2-2 and something, I would lie down and fall asleep. Unheard of for me, as my eyes wouldn't close before 6 in the morning. The only "strange" thing that I may have noticed is that even if I get 7-8 hours of sleep, I still feel a bit drowsy when I wake up in the morning, but nothing terrible. So, until now, I would say that I am satisfied.
But really, the worst thing ever!
I used to take the old gummies and my pharmacist suggested that I try these since I have severe insomnia and they would help more than the gummies.

The first 2-3 times it made me sleepy but also a discomfort that I can't describe. After that, I had no problem. It helped me sleep for half an hour to an hour and not wake up so often from the annoying muscle pain that troubles me.

The first day I took it, within 1.5 hours I started feeling sleepy! I fell asleep relatively easily!
But then unfortunately I experienced what most people say! I would wake up in the middle of the night 1-2 times without being able to fall back asleep! And if I did manage to, when I finally woke up in the morning I would feel terrible and sleepy, since I hadn't slept well!
Additionally, the headache I started having almost every day was coming from this!
It is also important to note that even if you stop taking it for some reason, what wakes you up in the middle of the night still remains, maybe until the effect wears off!
I am looking for something else that might help with insomnia!
After a serious problem of insomnia due to cortisone that I had taken and the coronavirus that I went through, I needed to take medication to help me get back into a proper sleep cycle. When I wanted to switch from the medications I was taking and had tried various other supplements with melatonin, the Sueno was recommended to me by a pharmacist and it immediately helped me. After half an hour, you feel it relaxing you and within an hour I was asleep. After two weeks of taking it, I didn't wake up at all during the night. It has saved me, and now a month later I am removing the blue part, which is the melatonin, and continuing with the rest. I recommend it, it does what it says and in my opinion, the more you take it, the more it helps to improve sleep. I also had nice dreams and my sleep became deeper, as others have said in their reviews.
I sleep faster at night, but I wake up, just like before using it, several times in between. Unfortunately, it didn't help me as much as I expected.
Due to a respiratory and nasal issue, I cannot sleep and I have been sleeping out of exhaustion for ages.
