I have had them for 2 years, I was using them on a PC which of course comes with this audio controller so you don't need a 3.5mm jack port, and they work incredibly well. You need to download the Razer Synapse on your computer in order to change settings from there. After 1.5 years, I got a PS4. I use them there too to talk to friends and they work perfectly there as well. The microphone sounds like you're in a studio and the sound is amazing. If you want them exclusively for mobile and console, just get the simple Kraken headphones which are cheaper and don't come with the audio controller.

After 2 years they broke. The sound doesn't work. BUT this happened because of my own mistake as I broke the cable which wasn't of very good quality.
I have to say one thing though from my experience using them. The sound is good but even if it's low, others around you can hear everything, even from 5 kilometers away. If you turn it up loud, you will wake up the neighborhood, meaning that was the only downside

The build quality is worthy of the Razer name, after two years of use, but there is not a single sign of wear anywhere, despite careful operation. If you don't use the mixer for bass and treble, they have a bit more bass than I would like, but that's negligible.

The 3.5mm jack is quite convenient, it works everywhere on consoles and computers.

The volume adjustment wheel and the on/off button of the microphone make their use very easy. If you connect it to a computer now, you can download the Razer program and configure everything to your liking.

Although a bit expensive, their quality and the sound card to configure everything ultimately make them a very value for money choice.

The Razer headphones are quite high-quality despite being old. I only have the following notes:

The leather will warm your ears even though they claim there is cooling gel inside the foams. It's not so bothersome, but it becomes more noticeable after prolonged use, so those who consider it an issue should think about it.

It will confuse many people to set it up correctly on their PC because you have to select THX Spatial as the sound output and not the headphones. As someone like me who knows about PCs and related things but has never seen gaming headphones before, it will confuse people.

The sound by itself is not satisfactory. You need to adjust the settings in Synapse 3 and create different profiles, for example, for music and movies. Fortunately, many people have found the right frequencies for the best sound, and they are available if you search on the internet.

Other than that, it is very high-quality and convenient that it can be used with other devices like mobile phones, etc.

The headphones are good for 2-3 hours of use, but they are not suitable for long gaming sessions as they are very heavy. Having these specific headphones for 3 years, they were worth the money. They have survived 2 quarantines and are still in great condition. 1) The cooling gel did absolutely nothing.
2) The sound quality is not particularly good at high volumes.
3) The fabric on the headphones started to tear after 1 year.
4) The right headphone stopped working after 1.5 years of relatively careful use.

In terms of sound, the headphones are excellent (both in the microphone and in the headphones (surround, bass, etc.).
The problem is that the software in the background is A-W-F-U-L.
Since I got them, I have had to restart dozens of times to fix minor issues that randomly appear and can only be fixed with a restart.
1) The sound stops for no reason.
2) The volume goes to 1% and can barely be heard even with all the sliders at full (volume mixer, THX controller slider, headphone slider).
3) Suddenly, there is crackling at high volumes.
Let's not even talk about the installation process of THX Spatial 7.1, which took me hours to figure out how to make it work properly (I eventually found a post on Reddit!).
It's not logical for headphones that cost so much money to be so annoying in everyday use, while my previous Razer Kraken v2 (simple USB) worked perfectly out-of-the-box for 2 years. Something is wrong.
