  After months of searching online, I decided to put a set of Ventus Prime 3 tires on my vehicle, with the size 195/50/R15. This model may be outdated, but it remains a reliable tire, and besides, the new Ventus Prime 4 is no longer available for 15-inch rims like mine. I have taken two trips so far, which have been quite economical (average of 5.6 liters per 100 km with a 1000 cc ecoboost turbo engine), quiet, and comfortable. The grip is exceptional (average of 130 km/h on the speedometer with 150 km/h during overtaking), and the tire temperature rises quickly (I have a speed index of H). In the city, there was heavy rain, causing the roads to become flooded. The tires did not falter, they passed through confidently, thanks to their four grooves for water evacuation. I did not feel the car slipping or skidding as it comfortably passed through the high water level. I feel justified in my choice. I would also like to note that the rubber is quite soft. This can be felt by pressing the tire externally with one's fingers. Obviously, its lifespan will be around 30,000 km, depending on driving style, but that doesn't concern me. I highly recommend it to anyone with a vehicle with similar specifications to mine.

  We wore them 6 months ago on our company car (Fiat Punto) as a golden mean of cost/performance. However, with a very small price difference from the top ones in the category, it may have been a purchase more of necessity than a "wise" choice after all. Quite worn at 20,000 km, average grip on dry, tolerable on wet (without exaggeration of course), and overall a mediocre tire with only a €30/4-pack difference from the top PS3. I wouldn't buy it again unless its price was 40-50% lower, as there are MUCH cheaper options with much less money and equally (if not better) quality.
