During periods of intense work-related stress, I would wake up in the morning with a racing heart due to anxiety. Since I started taking it, I have calmed down in this aspect and even when I feel anxious, I don't feel that intense stress anymore. I consider that it has helped a lot in this regard. I should mention that I take 2 pills every morning, which I don't know if it's good or not, but I haven't experienced any side effects and I've been taking them for a while. I recommend it for those who have stress issues. I will buy it again.
