  It actually does what it promises. If you also do some exercise, it will definitely work faster, especially if you use a membrane like the one used for covering food. I have been using it for two months and I have seen results. However, you definitely need to have a balanced diet as well. So, if you combine this product with diet and exercise or with one of the two, you will see results faster. If you use it on its own, it will still do what it says, but at a slower pace. I continue to use it myself. I use it twice a day, once before my workout and once after 5 hours from the first use. However, it is better absorbed after taking a bath, as the pores open.
