The whole wheat flakes from the company Ola Bio come from the entire grain of wheat. They are rich in fiber, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. They do not contain added sugar. They are organic, at least 95% of the agricultural ingredients that make up the cereals come from organic farming.
