The sambucus is a dietary supplement in effervescent tablets with elderberry for the relief of common cold symptoms.

Elderberry, thanks to its natural flavonoids and anthocyanidins, boosts the body's defense while also supporting the body during a cold and flu. It helps reduce symptoms including fever, congestion, and cough.

• 1 effervescent tablet daily in 200 ml of water.

1 effervescent tablet provides on average:

• Elderberry fruit extract 150 mg 
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg 
• Zinc citrate 7.5 mg
