It is a fake (exactly the same) as the Wahl Professional 3615-1016 and 3615-0471. I bought it as a shaver for the side hair (trimming, etc.). Note that it is used by a professional hairdresser (who cuts my hair). The foil is like...paper. It broke in 2 months and I had to replace it with the second one included in the package. It requires many repeated passes to catch the hair, which must already be very short (obviously, for the side hair, a haircut at 0.4mm is needed first). And if you have strange hair that protrudes in different directions (e.g. curly hair), it doesn't catch it at all, no matter how short it is. I also tried the shaver for the neck with very mediocre results (and I shave every day, so we're talking about already very short hair anyway).
Tip: I dug up my old Braun M60 and M90, which do an excellent job at a similar price, cutting with minimal passes and leaving the skin smooth. I bought rechargeable batteries and saved myself. The Moser went into the drawer.
Comparatively (from my own experience): Braun M60 and M90, then the Braun Smart Control 190s-1, and finally the Moser 3615-0051

Too many passes to completely cut my tough facial hair, which ends up irritating you. In general, for an easy face, the result will be smooth. For tougher hair, go for something more effective. Nice size and packaging.
