I decided to try this protein powder, I tried it with water but it's not drinkable, so I mixed it with cow's milk which I enjoy drinking. As for its solubility, I use a blender and it dissolves perfectly, it even creates foam, which is logical. I believe the shaker doesn't help, although I haven't tried it, but the handheld blender does its job perfectly. As for the taste, it doesn't have any and I don't mind because it's not its job to have taste. For those who want taste, they can go for chemical options. I add a little cinnamon on top and it's perfect, I don't add any sugar or anything, just two teaspoons of sweetness in each serving.
