I got it for my little one (now 20 months old), but I have also used it. He may not particularly like it, but he definitely prefers it over the Chicco nasal aspirator. It's a shame I didn't discover it earlier. It suctions the mucus as strongly as needed, and it's very easy to clean with warm water and a bottle nipple brush.
The only observation I have to make is that if you have a powerful vacuum cleaner (I have the Karcher and it's powerful), just check the intensity. I consider it sufficient. It just doesn't suck/clean the mucus as well as I would like. Not that I'm complaining.
