  After one year of purchasing this device, the crystal-ceramic exploded, scattering sharp glass pieces everywhere in the kitchen. Luckily, no one was injured since we had just finished cooking and no one was standing nearby. The response regarding compensation was simply that the glass is of high quality and safe, and it does not break on its own, but it was our fault for using it and cooking.

  I have had them for 1 month and we are quite satisfied... at first, I was going to buy others, but they were sold out and we found these..
  It was the first time we bought gas stoves and I would like to mention some things that may seem silly to those who know, but for us who didn't know, it was quite challenging..

  1) They require electricity for automatic ignition... we went to gas stoves because where we placed them, we didn't have a power supply...
  Nevertheless, you can easily light them with a lighter!! Maybe the first time can be a bit scary because you don't realize how much gas you are releasing and once you light it with the lighter, it gives off a lot of fire.. so, not from above when you light it until you get used to it!!

  2) We have a gas bottle and not natural gas.. we didn't know anything about nozzles and such... we had the valve (nozzle) for natural gas and it blackened our pots... we turned into charcoal!! This has nothing to do with the stoves, don't think they are not good.. it's something we need to change in order for the gas to flow properly from the bottle...
  When I called for them to come and change them, they asked me for 40€!!!!! Not even close!!!
  If you see the process, it's nothing!!

  Inside the bag with the instructions, there is a little bag with some golden metallic screws...
  If you lift the eyes from your stoves, you will see something similar metallic screws in the middle.. those are the infamous nozzles!!
  For us, the ones that were on top of the eyes were for natural gas and the others in the bag were for the bottle...
  I closed the gas supply, took the appropriate tool (let's just say, a screwdriver with a hole in the middle instead of a screwdriver), unscrewed the nozzles it had and screwed the others!! And all that for 40€!! Just be careful, each eye has a different nozzle number.. each nozzle has a small number on it and which number goes to each eye, it is written in the instructions on the last pages..

  Now they work properly!!

  3) Pay attention, because if you are used to cooking by eye, you will see that the food cooks much faster and you may burn it if you "let it be" like we do with the eyes... the first few times require a bit of attention!!

  4) Maybe you won't figure out who will install the stoves for you at first.. I bought them, brought them home and thought that the "gas bottle guy" would install the pipes underneath.. but he had no idea, because it simply attaches to the bottles... with all the hassle and after searching, he fixed them for me, but it took us a few days and anxiety to figure out who would fix them for us..

  Overall, very good stoves, the coffee pot fits normally, fast, powerful, easy to clean, but you have to do it immediately because if they get inside the metallic part, it's very difficult afterwards..
