In its positives, the theory leaves you with no questions, however, the solutions are limited to the result and not the methodology. Compared to other aids, the exercises require repetition and clarifications, as a result, the student acquires the foundations in order to fully understand the lesson.

Perhaps one of the worst and most poorly written study aids out there. Honestly, just a shame. The theory is endless, filled with irrelevant things, with examples lacking proper explanation, and exercises that don't even bother to provide any methodology. The exercises are quite difficult, but most of them don't even have a similar solved one. The solutions at the back? Even worse! The author probably hasn't realized that when someone looks at the solutions in a study aid, they are looking for an EXPLANATORY solution to the exercise. Instead, they just throw the answer at you, the number it should be, without any explanation whatsoever or any reference to a similar solved exercise so that you can understand what it's doing. I'm not one of the best students in chemistry, and I find it quite difficult to understand, and this particular study aid was not helpful to me even though I was trying in general. I recommend choosing a different book if you find yourself in a similar position.

Very good, it helped me to understand the material on acids - bases - salts, periodic table, etc. to a very satisfactory degree.
