The taste is not the best. It reminds me of melted ... aspirin (from the old days!!!) combined with antibiotics (from the new days!!!). Personally, I don't have a problem, I eat and drink everything. I'm just saying this because many (many) people won't like it. For the experience, I tried it with sugar-free fruit juice, then with a little cocoa powder, then with melted banana, then... with many others. Unfortunately, the result, if it wasn't the same, was... worse!!! Of course, to be fair, when you choose Unflavoured, you go... searching.

The good news is that it works for me. And quite well, actually. Compared to others, the results are much better. Of course, with proper diet and exercise.

It's worth trying if you don't have a problem with the taste. A pure product without any other... additives.

I use this specific product during my workout. It has helped me a lot in my recovery and, combined with arginine before training, it has also helped me with fatigue during the workout. Although it doesn't have a taste, it leaves a bitterness in the water. Also, when you open the lid, it has a distinct smell. However, it is a very powerful product and I use it frequently.
