Very easy to use. When it was full and I tried to restart it, I couldn't immediately and I had to search a bit to see what I needed to do before I put it back to work... everything is fine in the end. It is very useful

It is fast. I destroy a lot of papers--I use it very often and I am very satisfied. I have also destroyed old credit cards without any problem. I have had it for about a year. It is worth the money!

It is good value for money! Perfect for amateur use! For higher demands, it probably won't meet your needs because it heats up and stops for a while after moderate use! So if you want to destroy whole packages, I do not recommend it! But if you just need it for some documents, it is ideal!

Average, heats up easily, you can put up to 3 pages at a time. Every now and then you have to stop to... take a break!

I will give it one star not because it is bad (as long as it works) - but because the customer service is unacceptable. We put a thicker paper in it, which was measured to be like 6 sheets thick, but the machine burned as it destroyed it. We sent it for warranty and they told us that they don't cover it because it is not made to destroy cardboard. Note that we had it for less than 8 months.
