    As long as I took it without antidepressants, I didn't see any difference in anxiety or stress levels. My sleep didn't change, the quality of my day didn't change. I stopped it after a month of use, since I didn't feel any difference.

    I gave it a second chance after my doctor's recommendation. I took it sporadically when I was using a low dose of antidepressants regularly. The nights I took it, I had a good relaxation and sleep came gradually. I preferred it over melatonin.

    The tablet/pill is large and difficult to swallow.
