I bought it because it is a Greek product, but unfortunately it caused damage to the plastic parts of the air conditioner. The plastic parts break with a touch!!! I hope the damage does not get worse............

The product dissolves new air conditioners. To me, it is new air conditioners and they start and break

Unfortunately, I had not read the comments earlier, I would have saved a lot of expenses and two units would not have suffered damages to their plastics. The plastics break and I have internal leakage and they run on the wall.

I sprayed the air conditioners, then I read the reviews and immediately sprayed everything with water in case it goes away!..
Eventually, I called a specialist to clean them and evaluate the situation. He had managed to destroy the varnish from the plastics. The damage was small compared to what others experienced... I am attaching the picture of what it managed to do to the paper label (which was "plasticized" in the main part).

An inverter air conditioner, after one year of use, starts to break into small plastic pieces the entire outer plastic cover. The same thing happened with the other two that I bought, one of which was just last year! I am 100% sure that it is due to the use of this specific cleaner, and this is confirmed by the comments that unfortunately I took a long time to find in order to suspect what is happening. AVOID

Stay away from this product that lacks instructions from the manufacturer. I have been using it for easy cleaning for the past 2 years on 2 Daikin A/C units in my house and both of them broke down!!! This year, the large 24,000btu unit started leaking, as well as all the plastic parts, and both units started rotting and crumbling just by touching them!!!

The plastic tray (internal AC base), the blinds, and the entire external cover were destroyed. The cost of repairing the large internal unit was €300, including the technician's labor. I haven't repaired the small one yet since it's not leaking yet, but I estimate another €200 when it starts!

The Daikin dealership informed me that any chemical used in an internal AC unit must be rinsed with water afterwards to remove substances from the external AC drain, which is a very important piece of information that is NOT MENTIONED in the product's instructions. But as we all know, in this country, we understand that product licenses are given as well as nonexistent inspections on them.

For a home A/C unit of mild or moderate use, all we as consumers need to do is clean the filters as often as necessary. Leave the rest to the professionals, it cost me a lot to learn this lesson!!!

I bought it for ease of cleaning and I was disappointed. After using it for a few days, the unit started leaking inside. At first, I thought it was clogged somewhere, but it was in vain. I called a technician and he found that the toilet bowl had cracked. Initially, he tried to fix it, but we realized that it had cracked in several places, so I had to order a new toilet bowl. Cost: 170 euros (toilet bowl and labor). The plumber and the company we ordered the replacement from informed us that this happened due to the poor quality cleaner that was used.
