Learning Balkan languages is a relatively new educational field in university education in Greece, so the existing teaching material is relatively scarce compared to the corresponding teaching of European languages, which already have a long tradition and many helpful manuals. Although valuable manuals have been written for foreigners and Greeks over time, aiming to improve their knowledge of the Romanian language, there is a noticeable lack and need for the writing of more educational aids.

The writing of this manual for the Romanian language aims, on the one hand, to facilitate its learning and, on the other hand, to fill the significant gap that exists compared to other foreign languages. We hope that this verb guide, which includes detailed grammar, vocabulary, and inflectional examples, will become an important and necessary aid for a better and deeper understanding of the Romanian language. It should be noted that in this manual, the author took into serious consideration the linguistic difficulties of Greeks, which constantly arose during his teaching. The author made an effort, based on his teaching experience, to meet the educational needs, both in terms of teaching level and in the most effective and practical learning of the Romanian language.
