The iron is perfect in terms of appearance and quality. I give it two stars because it was purchased and tested at home on 18/01, but on the second use on 19/01, it suddenly stopped producing steam. I went to the store where it was purchased and it was replaced with a new one. I will come back with more feedback after further use.
We had this particular system for 5+ years. Very satisfied with its performance in ironing. It heated up quickly and was ready to use in a few minutes. In the last year, it started to take longer to produce steam even though the indicators showed that it was ready for ironing. In the last two months, it has been at the repair shop waiting for a new circuit board as it got burned. I assume that Philips' customer service is terrible as they have been extremely inconsistent. The repair shop tells me that they are taking weeks to send the replacement part. It's a very good product, but unfortunately, there is no support. The next one will definitely not be a Philips.
Good evening, I have had the iron for almost two years! It is flawless in everything. I notice the negative comments about steam and valves. I hope they have simply read the instruction manual and know how to use proper descaling (duration 30'') for those who have rated it with one star.
Unfortunately, it quickly presented problems such as with the descaling valve and with turning it on. That is, the power switch did not turn on. It had to be unplugged for a while and then it would turn on. It started to release a lot of water, resulting in me struggling to iron for at least a few minutes. I had it for about two years.
I have it for about 3 months. At first, it was great!! Very good and user-friendly. It heats up quickly and with the help of steam, it irons difficult spots and wrinkles easily. I also steamed hanging curtains and the result was very good. However, lately it releases A LOT of water with the use of steam. I don't know what the problem is, but it doesn't seem normal.
I reconsider. It worked flawlessly with distilled water. 5*

At first, everything was fine like with all things....BUT....it burned out in TWO YEARS with almost no use. Cost 100 euros. Anyone who wants their iron to cost them 500 euros should buy it.
The best in ironing system. We had another one which, however, was heavy (according to my other half) and ironing was a heavy task. Owner of this specific Philips for 2.5 months, we noticed that double the amount of clothes for ironing finishes in the same time. Worth every euro. Note: we received the same positive comments from our mothers who held it in their hands to help us with household chores.
Simply amazing! Even though I hate ironing, thankfully with this specific one, I can iron in half the time than before!

It's fast, effective on wrinkles, one pass is enough to finish faster. Even my husband will iron now if needed. I didn't regret it at all. It's definitely worth the money.
Five words about the iron.
The review is made in relation to a good but simple Philips steam iron we had before.
The system is awesome, reducing ironing time by 50% from the first ironing.
Power saving from the reduction of ironing time.
No pressure is needed on the fabric, just pass over it and that's it.
Very lightweight, the wrist does not get tired from continuous movements, just leave it as it is on the ironing board.
You can iron any garment in front of you without distinguishing between silk, denim, towels, no waiting, it does everything on its own.
Sheets, towels are a breeze, ironed folded double or quadruple without getting wrinkled.
I bought it for 270 euros, but if you think about how much time you will save in each ironing, it is PRICELESS.
No more wasted hours in the past over an ironing board.
If I notice any negative aspects, I will come back.
I have been using it for a month now.
It is very good.
It heats up quickly, with just one water refill you can iron many clothes in half the time compared to my old ironing system. It is very lightweight and I don't get tired at all.

After so many months of use, my review for the iron has not changed at all!
The descaling is very easy, it notifies you with a sound signal and it doesn't start heating up until you do it. The whole process takes no more than 5 minutes!
Compared to an old regular iron, it has really reduced ironing time by a lot. Compared to other systems we had, my feeling is that this one is lighter and more effortless. The automatic setting to prevent clothes from burning is very convenient. I don't know if it adjusts automatically or if the temperature is permanently low and it irons due to the steam, but it irons perfectly fine without any worry of damaging the clothes. Also, while it produces a lot of steam and is effective, compared to an older system, the steam is less bothersome. I mean, obviously the humidity levels increase, but the room doesn't turn into a sauna and the iron doesn't drip. The plate glides smoothly on the clothes, and I think it has also reduced those marks that appear when you iron something and there is a seam underneath (e.g. the back of a t-shirt when ironing the collar, which becomes shiny and fades), maybe due to the lower temperature. In terms of noise, I think it makes the typical noise that steam generator systems make. I haven't noticed any negative aspects so far (I will update if something happens), we use it with 3 people and we are all very satisfied. I believe it is worth its money because it significantly changes the ironing experience. Easier, more effortless, faster. Hopefully, it will last.
I had read many reviews about this particular model. The iron is very lightweight, it really glides on clothes as if it has wheels underneath. It heats up the water quickly and with one fill, you can do 3-4 loads of 7 kilograms.
I read that it makes a loud noise when heating up the water at the beginning, but I wouldn't agree that it is so annoying.
I would definitely recommend it for a good steam iron purchase.

NEW UPDATE: You finish ironing within two hours, around 6-7 loads of 7 kilograms.
It is easy, immediate, very fast, and cost-effective.
The only negative thing I would say is that due to the high steam pressure, many times if you don't have a dehumidifier in the room or a window open, moisture accumulates on the clothes.
It has solved my hands, I come from a Stirella iron and it was terribly exhausting and now with the electricity prices it was burning and consuming a lot of electricity. This is also much more economical and does a better job

I received the ironing system a few days ago and used it for the first time yesterday. Until yesterday, I hated ironing. But I admit that there is a master for everything. I placed it on the ironing board, filled water in the front plastic box. I pressed the button and waited for 2 minutes as it said. I ironed easily, quickly, and efficiently. You can iron clothes with prints and designs without any fear. I highly recommend it.... Especially if you don't like ironing, with this option, you will definitely change your mind.

With 3 babies at home, the washing machine is always full and consequently the ironing. Even as a man who has ironed only 5 times in my life, with this ironing machine, ironing seemed like a piece of cake.

We have had it for a year. My husband has been very satisfied because it steams the clothes with just one pass (especially the shirts that are more difficult). It finishes in half the time compared to a regular iron. The only negative is that it broke after five months and they didn't replace the device but repaired it. Other than that, I believe it is worth the purchase at around €250.
I have been hesitant to buy this iron for a long time due to its high cost. However, after purchasing it, I realized that conventional irons are no longer necessary.
Positives:
- It produces a lot of steam with high pressure, which penetrates and softens clothes/sheets/towels.
- It does not require much pressure to remove wrinkles from clothes as the steam softens them.
- The iron plate glides incredibly smoothly on clothes.
- Thin clothes only need one pass from one side.
- Reduces ironing time.

I have had it for almost two weeks, it is really lightweight and irons quickly. The only negative thing is that it adjusts the steam pressure. I had the juropro 810 for 15 years with a steam pressure of 3.5 BAR, while this one has 7.5 BAR and I don't find any significant difference between them due to this adjustment in steam pressure. Time will tell if it is worth buying or if it will constantly be in service. Anyway, it is a powerful and user-friendly iron for everyday use like mine.
