Good for recovery after continuous and intense workouts or after a demanding race (e.g. marathon). Good recovery. I used it both after training/race and before sleep, as well as during workouts (e.g. long runs) sometimes.

The results will show in due time. The theory says that with 300-350mg of magnesium you are covered. I drink it once a day and I expect to feel less tired after workouts. The issue is different... why is it always lemon flavor for effervescent magnesium, guys? You have made us sick of it every morning...

I really don't understand the difference. I bought it because I do intense training in Tae Kwon Do and play soccer once a week in a 5-a-side game. My Tae instructor recommended it to me to prevent injuries as it supposedly strengthens muscles. I don't see any difference. I still get injured just as easily as before. The only good thing is that it has a nice taste and at least you feel like you're drinking a soft drink.

My pharmacist recommended it to me for cramps during training. The cramps decreased from the first week and now I don't experience them at all. It is an excellent product and additionally has a great taste and dissolves easily.

Amazing product, the Magnesium from myelements. Very effective. I mainly use it as an anxiety reliever before going to sleep. I have been taking it for 2 months now and I sleep much deeper. From what I know, it also helps with muscle cramps, although I don't have such a problem.
