It is not suitable for babies, we bought it for an 8-month-old baby who is small-sized and it completely covered him, only his eyes were visible, so if a wave came, it would cover the child. We didn't use it at all and went on vacation with a simple five-euro life jacket. They should change the age recommendation. Otherwise, it is of good quality and seems sturdy, although I have no opinion on its use. I do not recommend it for babies at all.

The summer that it was first used, the baby was 6 months old and it did not suit at all. He kept leaning forward constantly, he didn't like being inside. I don't want to be unfair to the product, it is purely subjective whether it will suit or not.
