With the abdominal wheel C-2001 of Viking, you will strengthen your abdominal muscles and the entire upper body, while also improving your balance. Proper technique is necessary to avoid muscle strain. Kneel on the floor, grasp the handles, and with your abdominal muscles tightened, roll the wheel forward as far as you can while keeping your torso straight. Use your abs, not your hips, to return to the starting position. Rolling is considered one of the most challenging but effective abdominal exercises.

Friends athletes...... Stay away from these large abdominal wheels. They are extremely dangerous for the shoulders, due to their excessive stretching when you are completely down. Prefer wheels of small diameter to keep your head calm. And with a small wheel, the exercise is great ...... I have lost the whole summer of training because with the idea that I would increase the intensity of the exercise, I started with a large wheel, resulting in a serious injury to my left shoulder that took a long time to heal.
As for the handles for the feet, the exercise is uncomfortable and doesn't offer anything in my opinion.....
