An affordable and good helmet for its price. (I got it for 230).

Positives:
1) Quite lightweight
2) Very good fit
3) Durable and quality construction for its price.
4) It has plenty of vents that you can choose to have open or closed.
5) The inner padding is removable, making it easy to wash.
6) It has a slot for a Pinlock anti-fog membrane, which is not provided by all stores. (Mine had it)
7) Double D-Ring fastening

Negatives:
1) It doesn't reduce external noise almost at all, especially if you have all the vents open, resulting in a headache after many hours on the motorcycle or during a trip.
2) The original visor easily becomes foggy if you're not moving at high speeds. It also scratches easily.
3) The plastic parts are not very durable.
