The authors have found that often errors in diagnosis and lack of results in treatment are not due to the absence of specialized knowledge of the doctor, but to the lack of a framework of medical practice principles and a framework of basic general knowledge, regardless of specialization and specific condition, as well as the lack of collaboration between doctor-pharmacist and other healthcare professionals. The authors believe that by proposing a framework of selected medical knowledge and methodology applicable to all specialties, they will contribute to increasing the chances of correct diagnosis and effective treatment and will help in the necessary collaboration between the doctor and the pharmacist, as well as other healthcare professionals in the care of the population's health.
