Reviews

  • After 1 season (5-6 trees in the garden) and another year on the shelf, suddenly it died. From the service they told us that the battery needs replacement and it is not worth it because it is expensive (!!!). However, this takes 2 batteries of 3.7V (18650) with a maximum cost of 15€ for both. This is not explained.

In use, it is lightweight, although the handle is somewhat thick, especially for small hands. Its power is small, only for trimming and other small branches.

I consider it a rather unsuccessful purchase, and I would recommend something larger, with a removable battery, to get the job done properly.

The battery does not last even half of what they claim, and just to be clear... from the first use even... it's a waste of 50 bucks

Comfortable and effortless for pruning branches up to 1.6 centimeters. Fits in the back pocket of jeans for hands-free convenience.

Very good tool, I easily pruned kiwi branches, I counted 600 cuts and the battery still lasts, it cuts branches up to 2cm easily, now I prune the vines comfortably and quickly, I recommend it

Quite good. It offers special assistance. Definitely a more comfortable pruning. I prune 5-6 peach trees with it. Update: It lasted for 2 years. It doesn't charge. I sent it to the dealership and they told me that repairing it is not worth it.

    First impressions
Excellent. It cuts the branches of the cherry and peach trees like butter. Very user-friendly. It cuts branches up to 2.5 centimeters with two repetitions. It doesn't tire at all compared to the classic manual scissors.

With selective pruning (no, let's prune this too), it lasts an hour and a half - 4 cherry trees.

Since November I have the tool. I used it on the pistachio trees (25 trees) and it did a great job. It is an excellent product and it cuts branches easily. It is slightly heavier in the hand but effective. I have also lent it to friends and haven't heard any complaints.

If I had seen it in operation, I wouldn't have bought it. Firstly, in order for it to work, you have to use both hands, and that is extremely inconvenient, especially if you are hanging somewhere. Also, the cutting function is effective in some cases, while in others it fails and you have to try two or three times or pull the part of the branch that is uncut. In conclusion, you can do a much better job with a simple and lightweight manual pruner. The fact that this one is battery-powered doesn't say much, as its weight is significantly greater than that of a regular pruner.
