Fantastic product!!! I love it! It doesn't work magic, some big pimples don't disappear overnight, sometimes it takes 2-4 days, but nevertheless, it's the best thing I have tried and it does an amazing job!
I am writing you the ingredients and you can judge if the product is suitable for you:

The store charged more than double the typical price. I’ve been using this product for over 25 years in the US and Greece. Unfortunately I assumed the price was approximately 19 euros —but here they charged 46 euros. My fault for being careless but shame on the business for overcharging.
15€ for this is a lot, it doesn't work miracles but it helps with the pimples that have a "head" and are ready to go away on their own, don't expect much, for the pimples "under" the skin that hurt and stay there for about a month, it does absolutely nothing, I believe it's not worth it, go to a dermatologist or get products with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid that are for acne, don't spend money on this, I think you will regret it
Probably its effectiveness varies from skin to skin if I judge from the comments. However, for me, it does exactly what it promises. I go to sleep with a pimple.. I wake up without a pimple! It doesn't even peel my skin or anything. It just "calms down" the pimple.
I, who used it for one or two nights, did not see my pimples disappear. It dries on the pimple, but I expected more immediate results and not having to use it every day for many days to see results. I don't think I would buy it again. I expected more
First of all, you pay for the pink stuff at the bottom, as you shouldn't shake the product to mix it with the rest of the liquid. It's very expensive and doesn't do the job. Not only did it have no effect on my pimples, but it felt like it was "burning" the skin around them. It peeled off. The result? Having a peeled circle with a pimple in the middle.
I do not have a problem with severe acne. But due to some hormonal issues, I occasionally get some pimples with pus. I use it as soon as I feel the first discomfort and it is extremely effective from the first application. The packaging lasts a long time due to the small amount required, and I have already purchased four.
It is something like clay, like a mask that you apply in liquid form and when it dries, it becomes chalky. In one night, the pimple doesn't go away, but in 2 nights it dries it out somewhat and speeds up the cycle that the pimple goes through. After it dries, it needs some other healing cream, I believe, at least that's what I do.
The best product to prevent a pimple from forming or to heal one that has already appeared. I have been using it for years. It doesn't smell nice and it doesn't absorb, it creates a pink film on the pimple, so you can only wear it at home. I have never found anything more effective than this.
I tried it hesitantly, fearing it might be another product with good marketing that does nothing. However, I did a typical cleaning at home (nothing extraordinary) and applied it two hours later for the first time, and I was shocked! I don't have acne - I would recommend medical supervision for that - but I have a terrible problem with enlarged pores and stubborn blackheads. In other words, while the skin appears clean at first glance, if I stretch it, there are internal "bumps" that can't be characterized as cysts. When you open them and the blackhead comes out, it leaves a tremendous mark. To cut a long story short, occasional pimples dry out, but not in just one day... it takes two days. I chose not to apply the product before bedtime because I have restless sleep and I thought nothing would remain after application. However, I apply it during hours when I will be at home. It stings for a few seconds on "open wounds," but that's a sign that it's doing its job! However, the biggest advantage I consider is that it tremendously reduces the size of pores. I apply it to areas that I know often accumulate and my skin looks as if I do a chemical peel at home every week, without the negative "peeling." Perhaps the best result I have seen from "household" products. If I ever feel that it is too harsh on my skin, I spray the facial spray with sage from a distance. I highly recommend it to people who want to "perfect" their skin and do not have serious problems.

Wasted money, too bad because it's also expensive. Initially, when it dries and you accidentally touch it, it comes off like chalk, so it will definitely come off during sleep. I've been using it for days and it doesn't dry out the pimples at all.
It delivers the promised results, depending on the pimples though. Some disappear indeed overnight, while others require patience and continuous daily use of the product. One advantage I noticed is that it does preventive work, meaning if you feel that a pimple is about to "pop up" and you apply it on top, after one night that feeling is gone.
First of all, let me clarify that I have regular acne, not occasional pimples. The product did not work at all on my skin. I applied it locally on each active pimple before going to bed, and the next morning it had grown normally as if I hadn't put anything on. In fact, on one pimple, I applied it for 5 consecutive nights and every morning when I woke up, it had even more pus until it broke on its own and left a huge mark. Furthermore, as soon as I applied it to my skin, it stung a lot, felt heavy, and had no elasticity in movements. Very expensive product, small quantity, and no results for me.
It does what it promises. I have been using this product for 2 weeks and my acne has disappeared, even though I had a lot. I highly recommend it!
Very good product. First of all, it surprises me when I see comments about whether a product for acne smells nice or not. Guys, we're not talking about shampoo here! Which acne treatment has a nice smell? Although for me, I really like the smell it has because it is the smell of cleanliness.
For me, it doesn't deserve 5 stars even though it is a good product because I can't say it works miracles. Yes, it does a very good job, but many times I have noticed that it doesn't do the job I wanted on some pimples. So compared to all the other acne products on the market, yes, it is the best (I have tried many). Overall, it is worth it, just like any other product, give it some time and don't expect miracles immediately. The "bad" pimples take a few days to go away, unfortunately, even with this product.
UPDATE (19/3/2021): I was using the Mario Badescu for 2.5 years, until the summer of 2020. But now I have replaced it with the "Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel 15ml" and I would find it very difficult to buy the drying lotion again. What I am using now does a MUCH better job and I rarely get pimples anymore. Also, I don't miss dipping a cotton swab every time and changing 2-3 times because you only need to dip each side once, nor do I miss the texture it had and how bad it looked on the face, resulting in not being able to wear it during the day if needed for a pimple. I am changing my rating from 5 stars (which I gave because until then I hadn't found anything better) to 4 stars because it is not an excellent product for me.
