To those who have never used a proper dental pick like this one and are committing crimes against their own teeth by using the classic wooden dental picks, I have to say (because I made the same mistake for 30 years!) that if they use the appropriate size Gum Softpicks, they will experience a significant improvement and immediately realize how wrong it is to use a wooden dental pick. I am sure that anyone who tries it will never use a wooden dental pick again. I understand the comment that says it is somewhere between a dental pick and an interdental brush, but in practice, it is a dental pick and not an interdental brush. The brush may look somewhat similar, but a dental pick is different from a tooth cleaning brush. They are completely different tools, designed to do different jobs.

The regular size is quite large even for someone like me who has slightly larger interdental spaces. This is because the heads are conical, so they penetrate a little at the beginning of the movement, but then they struggle because they widen. I wasn't thrilled with the cleaning either and I consider it somewhat inferior as a product compared to the TePe 0.5 and 0.6 mm brushes that I used before purchasing it.

They are great and their curve helps for even better cleaning. I will definitely buy them again.
