As mentioned in another review, the spray is terrible and produces huge droplets, resulting in uneven distribution. It definitely removes the powdery finish, but I'm not sure if it sets the makeup. I use a different product as a primer, so I don't know how it works as a base. Despite being coconut-scented, it barely has any smell, which disappointed me greatly. I bought it for testing purposes since I found it at half price, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

It eliminates the powdery look. The only terrible thing is the packaging, TERRIBLE spray. It throws five kilograms on the face in huge and uneven drops. I have put it in another bottle and it does its job perfectly though
