  While I was fully satisfied with the product after 6 months of daily 8-hour use, the leather on the ear cushions peeled off. I couldn't find replacement parts anywhere to replace them.

  While in other headphones the leather is stitched at the joint, in these ones unfortunately the glue doesn't hold after some time.

  I continue to use them regularly as they are perfect in sound and noise cancellation.

  11/1/2022 I changed the evaluation since after limited use of 10 months (2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours for computer meetings only), cracks appeared on the headphones (within warranty). The best part? The store accepted them and told me to contact the representative. I contacted them with photos and they replied, "What we can see from the photos is a break in the headphone arm, and unfortunately, this break is not covered by the warranty. However, the purchasing store is the one that will inform you about the progress of your case."

  I have three other JBL products that have been used extensively and have no issues:
  JBL Bluetooth Headphones C45BT Black
  JBL Flip 4
  JBL Cinema SB150 Home Cinema Soundbar 2.1

  Unfortunately, thinking that this product would have the same quality, I did not search for reviews. In various markets around the world, they face the same problem with JBL not accepting that something is wrong with their quality.

  Unfortunately, like other users, these headphones started off with the best omens and suddenly, after 8-10 months, even though I had bought them with a case, the joint of one earphone came off and the inner sponge was visible. The area was very small (3-4 mm), so I used super glue and it was fine for a few months. However, the situation became very unpleasant as the material started to come off and the joint detached in more places. Now they are almost useless as I had to use super glue again and they often hurt my ear. It's a shame.. If you find the Boltune BT-BH010 headphones at half the price, get them and you won't regret it.

  I have been the owner of these headphones for about a year. Initially, I was completely satisfied with the sound quality, construction, and price. They haven't broken, but I have started to notice distortions in the sound (the noise cancellation is starting to produce interference), their durability has decreased (the adjustment of the headband is not very stable), and their overall performance is significantly lower than when I first bought them. Since I have hardly used them and have taken good care of them - I use them mostly at home and rarely outside - I can say that I expected much more considering the amount of use they have had. I would recommend investing a bit more and choosing a tried and tested product that you are confident will withstand the test of time.

  It's okay for devices you use to show wear and tear, but for devices you don't use, something has gone very wrong in the production. With only home use, the earpad covers have come off. They are now semi-functional. I am lowering my rating because my overall experience with this product has been terrible.

  I bought the headphones in May with the intention of using them mainly for running, even though they were not the most suitable for this purpose. They didn't bother me much, except for the fact that they warmed up the area around my ears (which is logical).
  In songs with strong bass, they lost a lot of clarity and produced a muffled sound instead.
  However, the worst part was ultimately the poor quality of the construction material. I had read similar comments, but I didn't expect it to be so bad and to affect me so much. A few days ago, after 5 months of purchase, I realized that the left rotating arm had broken without them falling.

  I have had them for two months. I have to say that for their price, they have perfect sound, the noise cancellation works properly, and they have good bass. The only negative (at least for me) is that after a long time, my ears start to hurt! I have used countless headphones, headsets, etc., but only this one really bothered me. Also, the build quality is mediocre. I am very afraid that they will break if they fall from a normal height. (Now, if they fall from the bed, I don't think they will suffer any damage). They have their negatives, but the positives outweigh them!
  UPDATE (June 20, 2020): I purchased the headphones in December 2019 and within 6 months, they BROKE! The plastic for adjusting the size on the left earpiece broke. Very poor quality. (They have never been dropped or anything like that)

  I have had them for 1.5 years. At first, I was completely satisfied with everything, comfortable, satisfactory noise cancellation, seemingly good build quality. Over time, however, the noise cancellation broke, it constantly makes interference and can no longer be used. In one and a half years, the right speaker broke. Therefore, they are now useless to me. It's a shame because they seemed like a good purchase.

  They are worth their money. It is a choice for anyone willing to spend a good amount of money on headphones but not 300€. I deducted one star because the sound isolation is not perfect. It is good but inferior to what you would find in more expensive headphones.
