In this brief text, I would like to clarify that the thoughts I develop are not presented as a theoretical system, but they acquire a fragmentary character because the subject matter itself, i.e. Europe, is not a whole as an entity, but has been transformed into something partial and specifically into a part and a section of the international financial system. Consequently, according to the methodology of critical theory, the subject matter itself dictates its theoretical processing and its epistemological treatment.
