Having previously owned the N101, I decided to go for the N100-5 solution. The helmet has an excellent fit on the head, very good ventilation, decent weight (but good balance when in jet mode). The inner linings come off very easily and can be washed. I'm a bit concerned about the mechanism that switches from jet to full face because I hear a lot of noise. I don't know how reliable it will prove to be over time. Ultimately, I consider it a very good choice if you don't mind the extra weight.

Well, we have a very good overall helmet here. Its removable and washable fabric interior has not lost its shape, faded, or had its clips broken, even though I have removed and repositioned its (total of 5) pieces several times.
The ventilation is just above average for the helmet. Whether you have the mouth vent open or closed, it's the same. In terms of sound insulation, considering that flip-up helmets are already inferior in terms of aerodynamic noise compared to full-face helmets, it performs admirably for its category.
It is very sturdy but extremely heavy. For example, I have the XL size for my head at 1780 grams, and after 2 years of daily and prolonged use, I have reached a point where I have developed a slight problem in my neck and need some minor treatment. However, this is the only reason why I will unfortunately have to change it immediately. The weight is a big issue. More important than anything else.
