For those who want it for posture, it doesn't work. I tried it as it is and it tired me a lot. I even tried it with Scholl insoles and it still tired me, even though insoles have generally helped me a lot, even in cheap sports shoes! Also, it slips a lot on tiles. It gets dirty easily and doesn't clean its material. It's a waste of money.
