The question that is practically raised today in the European field of reflection is whether we prefer the "European" market model that operates with social criteria or the "Anglo-Saxon-American" one. Which, that is, of the two models do we want to follow in the fields of politics, economy, and ecology. This question often leads to polarization, as various people argue that we need a more socialist society, while others argue for a more liberal one.

Therefore, I believe that instead of trying to maintain this confrontation between socialism and capitalism, it is better to ask other types of questions that make sense, such as, for example: Where has the socialist model succeeded in Europe? Where, then, has it succeeded and where are its weaknesses? Then let us wonder: Where has the free market model succeeded and what are its weaknesses? And finally, let us move towards the creation of a "third", "middle" way that satisfies modern needs and is compatible with the new conditions of our "postmodern" era.

However, the more we move towards the area of global consciousness, the more we are directed towards an interdependent world. This, of course, means, in a way, the emergence of a new political ideology and practice.
