The rating refers to the installation because I still haven't managed to make it work. I followed the installation steps exactly, but for some reason it tells me that one of the inks is problematic (the original ones that come with the printer) and I can't do anything. On the printer screen, it tells me to replace the problematic ink (it doesn't tell me which one) and it doesn't give me any other option. It also says that I shouldn't close the printer until I put the correct inks because I might damage the printer!!!! I've searched the internet and haven't found a solution. I've downloaded all the drivers and applications that HP has on its website for this specific model and still haven't made any progress.

Update 16/9:
Finally, the problem was that the printer head wasn't making good contact, I had to remove it and put it back in. The HP telephone support helped me with this. The prints are good for now. However, another problem arose. A sticker that was stuck on the scanner head came off after 2-3 times of opening and closing the printer, and it got stuck on the glass, and then the head got stuck on it and wouldn't move. I returned it and got another one that had exactly the same problem. I returned the second one as well and got a third one. The third one is working for now.

Update 12/5/2022:
When I bought the printer, I also bought an additional ink to have it when the one that comes with the printer runs out so that I don't have to search for it at that moment. Genuine HP ink - 40 euros. Today, when I tried to change it, the printer doesn't accept it and tells me that the ink is older generation and not suitable for this printer. Of course, it is exactly the same model as the one I took out and of course, it is mentioned on the box of the printer. I called technical support and they told me that the ink is old and its warranty has expired, so the printer doesn't accept it.... So when we buy ink for an HP printer, we shouldn't only look at the model of the ink but also its production date.... From what I understand, at some point, the printer had a firmware update and since then it stopped accepting these inks even though the ink itself says it is compatible. I didn't get any solution from the support. 40 euros wasted and of course, the last time I buy anything from HP.

Update 28/10/2023:
Another problem with the printer is that it doesn't print black and white if a color ink has run out. So now that I need it and it's a holiday and I can't buy the yellow ink that has run out, I can't print a text that only requires black. I could have bought a yellow ink to have it when I saw that it was running out, but due to my previous experience - 15/2/2022 - I didn't want to buy an ink and have it sitting there and risking it to expire since I rarely use it.
