This review is about the strap colour: Brown

Very stylish watch, affordable. I would like it to be waterproof in the sea and to have luminous hands. Otherwise, it's fine.

Since this is an automatic watch, I believe that the buyer will at least research the mechanism. Well, to help, the mechanism is the same as the Swatch Sistem51. It is exclusively made by machine (no human intervention), it has relatively good accuracy (+_- 8sec/day, slightly lower than COSC level). But one pays half the price for the same mechanism in a lower quality case (Swatch). It is elegant, but besides the sapphire crystal, there is nothing else on it that justifies its price. I am bothered by the lack of waterproofing, even at least 50M, so that someone can swim wearing it without worry. It is not a PP, AP, or VC to be worn only with a suit at receptions. Also, the complete lack of luminescence on the hands is annoying. And since I mentioned the hands, let me say that they are not visible at all. One negative aspect of the sapphire is the reflections. Rolex does not have anti-reflective coatings on the underside of the crystal, so under the sun or other light sources, be prepared to strain your eyes. Maybe in the version with the white dial, things will be better. In the same price range, there are other mechanical watches that mostly use the classic ETA 2842-2 as well as the TISSOT Powermatic 80, but none of them is better (in my opinion) than the Sistem51. The Japanese alternatives (SEIKO, CITIZEN, and all the other unknown cheaper mechanical watches) are incomparable due to the huge gap in mechanism performance (deviations and more). It should be noted that it does not have hacking (meaning when you pull the crown to adjust the time, the seconds continue to run). Also, the Sistem51 and Powermatic 80 mechanisms cannot be serviced, so when they break... they are thrown away. While the ETA 2842-2 is the TOYOTA of Swiss watchmaking. It never breaks, and if it suffers damage due to the owner's foolishness, you can fix it at a kiosk. Therefore, with the above criteria, everyone can make their own choice. It is an elegant watch, for as long as it functions correctly. Simply by buying TISSOT, you pay for the Swiss made, even if you get much fewer specs and it is not even hand-made.
