So... This is the fifth cash register I buy for my store (so I believe I have some experience). This cash register is absolutely TERRIBLE. Not even the one star I gave it (out of necessity) is worth it. First of all, it is disgustingly SLOW to the point where I have taken the money from the customer, passed it through the counterfeit detector, put it in the cash register, given the change, and by that time the receipt printing is finished. The three previous cash registers I had, meaning a total of 18 years ago, I couldn't even give change in time and the response I received from the store where I bought it was that the current cash registers have to process the receipts in 3 memories simultaneously, which is why they are slow. The keys are overly sensitive and you have to be extremely careful when pressing something so as not to accidentally touch a neighboring number and then... forget it. But if you are fast at typing (like me), you enter the first price and item, and when you enter the second price, it comes out truncated, meaning... wrong on the receipt. The response from the seller when I showed him how I type??? Oh, you are too fast, you need to learn to type slower. So, I have to change 30 years of experience because the machine they sold me is garbage. Also, because it has few keys for the functions a cash register should have, most functions are done with a combination of keys that you have to learn and remember if you want to do your job correctly. And now the fun begins... I haven't had the machine for even a year. On the 260th receipt it printed for me, it also caused damage to the internal SD card. I took it to the company, they reset it and reprogrammed all the names on the keys, all the VAT, all the amount limits, and the guy who did this procedure was also rude (of course, within the warranty period). Exactly 8 days later, it does the same thing again. I call him and he tells me he will talk to the dealership and get back to me. He didn't take long to respond and told me they would send a new circuit board (essentially a new cash register) and a new SD card. However, I was left without a machine for 3 days. They replace those and of course, ALL THE PROGRAMMING FROM SCRATCH and again I have to listen to complaints even though I was not at fault. Today, on the 318th receipt it printed for me, it gave me the same error message, so the cycle continues... The ONLY 2 good things it has, to be honest and objective, are that it prints the receipt very quickly, and while you have a receipt in progress, you can open the cash register with a combination of keys (of course) to pay a supplier who has just arrived or to serve a rushed customer. These are the few things from me. Whoever wants to add some excitement and running around in their life, I highly recommend buying it. It is 100% certain that you will have something to deal with. ANOTHER circuit board replacement and replacement of both SD cards of the machine, but this time they put a board with old software, as they told me, to see how it goes because they had other complaints from other customers about the same problem. ANOTHER 2 days without a machine for me. I have been using it for a week now and so far it hasn't given me the same problem again. Also, now with the old software, guess what... the machine has become EVEN SLOWER!!
