    They take too long to convert into active form, especially when we're talking about a vitamin that claims to be b100, it should work wonders even when cut into 10 pieces. This specific b complex, even when cut into 10 pieces, doesn't do that. Can you believe it, b100? You don't even feel it as b100. Maybe as b10, yes. I won't buy it again, of course
