Hello, I am writing because I am trying to help some users. A one-year-old girl plays non-stop with the toy until it stopped working. I was upset and decided to open it with a pair of scissors to see what was wrong, as I could tell by touch that the cables were not cut. Carefully open the seam of the hand and you will see a small white round button. There are four small notches that you need to press lightly to remove the casing. Inside, there is a small black button with two green wires. Unfortunately, this damages the company's image for no reason. One of the two cables is 99% cut because it was not properly soldered with lead. Unfortunately, I didn't have any, so I opened the cable a little more to have some extra copper wire, wrapped it around the contact, and burned it with a lighter. Be careful of two things. Firstly, one of the two cables is glued to the plastic, so try to remove it carefully. Secondly, when you reach the point of arranging the cables, do not let them touch each other because it will keep playing non-stop. It is very easy to do without much knowledge, otherwise, open it and take it to someone who knows how to solder. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY. It's a shame for the company to be defamed when the product is excellent for children
