With heart rate monitoring, the battery lasts a maximum of 2 days. If the battery is about to run out during exercise, the screen turns off but the watch and heart rate sensor continue to record, allowing the data to be saved by holding down the button for a long time. It is fully waterproof, which is why I chose it. I have had it for over a year and I swim in open sea 3 times a week for 1.5 hours each swim. It doesn't get damaged. I rinse it with clean water at the end of each workout. The only drawback is that the buckle that holds the strap easily breaks. I replaced it with a stainless steel one from another watch and everything is fine. It does exactly what it promises with great accuracy. Excellent quality and very beautiful in hand. Also, the straps are very easy to change. I think it's worth the money I paid.
