The Beurer EM 32 belt is used for the effective activation and strengthening of the abdominal muscles through electrical stimulation. It is aimed at individuals who wish to enhance and tone their abdominal muscles, which they may not be able to achieve with conventional exercises or who wish to supplement their training with an additional stimulus. It is easy to operate and extremely comfortable to use thanks to its comfortable, ergonomic shape.

    It tightens the muscles quite well. Good quality. You only need to add water to the belt and start. For someone with a slim waist and less fat in the belly, it tightens the abs quite well and they become visible within a period of 2 months if you use it daily. It's worth it so far. The programs are a bit strange, I don't understand the difference between them except for the fact that one is 20 minutes and the other is 30 minutes.
