The subject matter of this work includes, firstly, an Introduction to Civil Law, which traditionally refers to the rules of law, their sources, and interpretation. It is followed by two parts: The first part is dedicated to rights and their subjects, namely natural and legal persons, the functioning of rights, and prescription. The second part includes the material of legal practice, contracting, distinctions, defects, and representation. Each part consists of a small number of chapters - paragraphs.

Each chapter includes a bibliography and a diagram of the subject matter, followed by simple examples for processing. The reference to case law is continuous and often verbatim. Each paragraph concludes with a separate reference to judicial decisions, so that familiarity with them can begin early on.

At the same time, every possible effort has been made to make the book useful to all legal practitioners. For the convenience of the reader, detailed indexes of laws have been compiled at the end, as well as an alphabetical index.
