I use it during pregnancy because it relieves the feeling of tightness on the belly skin, always in combination with another oil (coconut, almond oil, etc.) or body cream, as it is very thick and does not spread easily on its own. It helps a lot with moisturizing the skin, although I already had stretch marks. However, in this pregnancy, the stretch marks remained red (I am waiting to give birth), while in my previous pregnancy, when I used a highly advertised commercial oil (actually pure paraffin), the stretch marks had turned white immediately after they appeared.
