I use it once or twice every fifteen days and always after shampooing. First wash with shampoo and second with this one. I wouldn't change it for another.

I would buy it again. I have cold blonde highlights that I did last time in June and I still haven't dyed my hair and the color remains the same as when I dyed it. They didn't turn yellow at all.
