In 3 months the card was destroyed. The purchase was made for an action camera and was not used in any other device. It is the worst purchase I have ever made.
This is not the first time I buy these specific cards. Their quality and performance are excellent. I use them in Drone, GoPro, and Pocket 2 without any problem.
I won't sit here and say a lot of things.. A little further down there are people who wrote more detailed about the subject.
I bought the Xiaomi Mijia 4k.
I ran 4K 30FPS in Ultra Fine mode without any frame drops.
I ran 2K 60FPS in Super.Fine mode also without any issues.
I ran 1080P 100FPS in Super.Fine mode for slow motion.. Perfect.
And finally, 720P 200FPS in Super.Fine mode for the perfect slow motion..
Everything is simply perfect.
I don't have a card reader to connect it to my PC and see the original recording and reading speeds, but from what I can see, it's great.
That's it, happy shopping!
It is not far from the nominal speeds on different devices and with a very robust external construction (almost rigid). I use it in a plethora of applications and in adverse conditions, such as temperatures.
More specifically though:
- GoPro Hero Session / 1440p video recording -> Perfect! Even for long videos, it doesn't lose a fraction. It seems unaffected by water depth or altitude.
- Raspberry Pi -> The same.
- Smartphone(s): excellent!
- Laptop(s) with Ubuntu: I use it as an external storage medium to run programs, mainly for Software Developing.
- 3D Printer: 72 hours of continuous printing without any interruptions.
*Conditions:
- Depth - altitude: -30 to 1500 meters
- Temperatures: -5 to 70 degrees Celsius
- With direct exposure to the sun.
Here, the only thing I can mention is that the speed dropped somewhat, but by about 15 - 20%.
- Humidity: 5 - 95%
Duration of exposure in the conditions: ~2 hours
Meanwhile, with continuous insertion and removal of the card's pins, they appear intact, which also pleasantly impressed me!
I have had it for about a month now, on my phone for FHD photos and videos. It seems fast in reading and writing.
I will update when a reasonable amount of time has passed.
After a year of continuous use on my phone, I am completely satisfied.
Do a search because new products will have come out during this time. However, I think Sandisk is very reliable. Value for money.
