Very hard for a sleeping pillow and completely inflexible. It is single-layered. I would like it to be higher in the center and lower on the edges, for side sleeping. It didn't suit me. I couldn't get used to it. I went back to my old one.

I am not satisfied with the product. My neck hurts more and I have the feeling that it smells.

Completely disappointed. I have it exposed to clean air and often with a fan blowing on it. The latex smell never went away. It smells up the whole room and I can't even think of having it in contact with my face. If I have done something wrong, please let me know.

Very good, I haven't tried washing it yet but it is the average that it mentions. Neither too hard nor too soft.

Very good and high quality for its price. You rest much more than the average of pillows and you don't get stuck at all. Big and tall as it should be in my opinion.

I am very satisfied with the entire delivery process as well as with the product. At first, it only smelled like latex, but from what I read on the internet, it is normal. Over time, the smell disappeared.
