This book was written with the desire to help you better meet the requirements of the General Education Biology course.
Each chapter of this book contains:
- theory in the form of answered questions
- exercises for practice, including exam questions. The exam questions included are from the June exams, repeat exams (for students who failed), and evening high school exams.
- short quizzes at the end of each chapter
The exercises for practice usually include:
- essay questions (usually critical and integrative)
- multiple-choice questions
- true/false questions
- fill-in-the-blank questions
- matching questions
This book also includes:
- answers to the questions and exercises in the textbook
- summary quizzes at the end of major sections
- problems for preparation for the 40-question exams

The answers to all the questions, problems, and quizzes in this book are developed at the end of the book.
