Description

The Queen of Sheba

She is a nineteen-year-old Ethiopian, graceful, dazzlingly beautiful, queen and woman in the same person... She lifts the veil from her face and gazes at the king. Her black hair is completely covered by the silver-transparent crown she wears. She looks like a European who traveled to the East and took a breath from its sun. Only her eyes have the black color that betrays her homeland, that dark and fiery gaze at the same time, which makes the viewer travel with her. No one can forget those eyes, they will remember them for a long time and will see them in their dreams...

It is the pursuit of a chimera, a fantasy, an unfulfilled love, where ambition and blind passion stubbornly lead the person on an eternal and endless journey with an unknown end... At the last station, disappointment and collapse await, as the queen removes her veil and reveals the mundane reality, dissolving dreams, desires, and illusions.

The Lady from Tiboli

Time passed, the child was born, the family doctor had strangely gone to the provincial town at that time, and while the young mother was still sick in bed, they announced to her that her child had died. Was it born dead? No, it lived for a few days.

But the issue was that the child had not died. All this time they did not want to let the mother see her child; in the end, on the day of the burial, they brought it to her in a coffin.

"But then it was not dead, I tell you. It was alive, it had blood on its cheeks and it moved its fingers on its left hand a few times." Despite the mother's mourning, they took the child and buried it. The family doctor and the nanny took care of everything.

Hidden Pain

Something pushed me against my will. I felt unpleasantly moved and passed by his compartment. But as I walked on, I suddenly thought that he could believe that I was afraid of him. Because I was much older, I did not want to give in to the strange interests of this man. I turned back, pretending that I was still looking for a seat on the train, and stopped casually as if it was coincidental in front of his compartment. I opened the door and got in.

The compartment was empty. Besides him, there was no one else inside.

After I got in, I passed in front of him and he pulled his legs together to make room for me, while at the same time he looked at me as if he hadn't seen me at all, even though I was sure that a moment ago he had glanced at me.
