Not moisturizing at all, on the contrary, it leaves the skin oily. As for the "glow" it offers: the product is full of gold dust and nothing else. Completely unsuitable for morning use on the face. I used it as a shimmer cream on my shoulders and décolletage, where it really gave a nice shimmery result, so I didn't throw it away.
