To me, it still works perfectly but above the driver (not behind).
I have had it for 1 year already and it holds well with a clip (not a suction cup)
During the first week, it loosened up and looked elsewhere in every pothole and usually fell. In the month, the base broke from the falls on the route...
Don't buy it! After a few days of use, it becomes loose and hangs on every bump, pothole, etc., causing the mirror to be obstructed and you can't see the child!
The product is terrible. In any shake or bump, the mirror shifts and you can't watch the baby!
Just don't buy it. It's not worth its money. It keeps falling all the time
