I initially had the MTX Audio TR504 (50w) and upgraded to the MTX Audio TR50C (55w). They are better in terms of volume and quite satisfactory for me. Their price is very reasonable. Overall, for the past 2+ years that I have been using the MTX Audio TR504 (50w), they have been great and have not broken down, I just wanted a small upgrade in volume. I recommend them 100%
Very good speakers (referring to the 4-inch ones).
They have relatively good bass for their size.
Good sound, although the source I have (Sony) distorts it when turned up, I don't know if it does the same with other sources.
Overall, I recommend them to those who want to upgrade their sound system (I have them in a Toyota Starlet EP91).
Please, someone who has them with a good source, write a review
Very below average. They distort even at 30% volume. I was swayed by the comments and bought them. I have tried all the settings on the source but nothing special. 10-2-2024, STAY AWAY, They gave up the ghost. I didn't even get any use out of them. I threw them away today. The left one didn't work at all, the right one whispered.
Very good pair of speakers. Good build quality. Decent bass, extremely unfortunate. Overall, they are an excellent choice.
I have connected one of the 2 so far and it is definitely worth buying, even without connecting it to an amplifier to give it all
From the speakers that every one of you has in your car, it is something very decent
I put them on the front doors of my Volvo V40 Turbo T4, along with another 2 that I had purchased outside of Scroutz.. (the exact same ones), creating a group of four speakers, front and rear.. which personally, meets my requirements in terms of sound quality and volume.. (They don't distort if you have a good sound source), with the right settings, you have amazing bass, as long as you're into sound!
If I wanted to build... (a concert cabin in my vehicle), I knew what I had to do.
I highly recommend them! They are on par with other companies, much more expensive ones!
One of the best choices for their price. They perform very well in combination with a good power source. Personally, after 6 months of use, one of them burned out, but it may have been a defective piece
Quite good speakers for their price, I replaced the front ones with Renault Megane and now I can enjoy my music.
For its size, it is very powerful. With the front ones and the rear ones, MTX TR69C, you enjoy bass as much as needed and clear sound up to the maximum.
It is slightly better than my old Pioneer TS-G1655.
- Slightly better bass and treble.
- Slightly more powerful.
It is definitely a very good choice for anyone who wants to install aftermarket speakers compared to the car's factory ones.
I was impressed by the clarity of the sound. I installed them in the doors of my car, a Renault Megane Classic 2001, after the factory speakers had deteriorated over time. Pieces of the rubber suspension had broken and detached. Their bass is satisfactory. Besides, I never liked too much bass. I replaced the rear ones with speakers of another brand. If I had known earlier, I would have also put the MTX TR50C in the rear, and thus I would have had an even better sound result.
They never get clogged and play crystal clear, they are better than the competition like Hertz, etc. for the same price, simply great value for money
